Software Project Manager
The Software Project Manager leads enterprise technology projects and application administration for Louisiana Economic Development (LED). This position serves as the primary project manager and system administrator for LED’s Salesforce platform and supports other enterprise applications. The role works across business areas, Information Systems, vendors, and implementation partners to improve technology solutions, streamline business processes, maintain data quality, and support LED’s operational and strategic goals.
Senior Manager, Strategic Communications & Public Relations
Reporting to the Executive Director of Communications, the Senior Manager of Strategic Communications & Public Relations will lead LED’s proactive public relations and earned media efforts, with a particular focus on expanding Louisiana’s presence in national business, economic and industry media.
This person will identify stories before they become headlines, build relationships with journalists and other influential voices, and find opportunities to put Louisiana into national conversations about business, investment, innovation and economic growth.
The role requires someone who understands the intersection of business, government, politics and media. This is not a traditional government public information officer role.
Site Development Program Manager, Business Intelligence
The Site Development Program Manager will provide dedicated program management to the LED Site Readiness initiative and the LED Certified Sites Program with the goal of building and marketing a strategic inventory of nationally competitive industrial and business sites. The purpose of the Site Readiness program is to evaluate existing sites and to identify, assess, and develop new sites.

Under the broad direction of the Deputy Undersecretary 1, the HR Director leads Louisiana Economic Development’s comprehensive human resources program. Areas of responsibility include employee administration, classification and compensation, recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, EEO, ADA, FMLA, workers’ compensation, safety, and regulatory compliance. The position ensures HR programs comply with Civil Service Rules, agency policies, audit requirements, and applicable state and federal laws.
Project Manager, Operations, Incentives & Compliance Division
The Project Manager supports the Executive Director of Operations in coordinating projects and initiatives related to incentive program administration, contract compliance, operational improvement, and systems development. This position manages assigned projects from planning through completion, ensuring that objectives, timelines, deliverables, and organizational standards are met.
FastStart Director of Training and Development
The Director of Training and Development for LED FastStart provides strategic and operational leadership for the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of customized workforce training for companies receiving LED FastStart services. The Director is accountable for managing a portfolio of complex training engagements and determining the most effective delivery approach through objective evaluation of internal expertise and capacity, external provider capabilities, schedule, cost, quality, scalability, and risk. The position oversees internal teams and third-party providers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards and client expectations.
Project Manager, Marketing & Creative Division
The Marketing Project Manager drives clarity, alignment, and execution across cross- functional marketing teams by proactively managing workflows, resources, and communication. This role ensures that projects are well-scoped, strategically aligned, and delivered on time by coordinating a multidisciplinary team of creatives, digital specialists, and studio production team members. The Marketing Project Manager serves as both a process leader and a customer-service–oriented partner to internal stakeholders.
Business Analytics Specialist
The Economic Development Business Analytics Specialist supports LED’s operations through enterprise application management, business analytics, reporting, and process improvement. This position works closely with agency leadership, program areas, Information Systems staff, vendors, and governmental partners to develop and maintain technology solutions, ensure data quality, produce reports and dashboards, and improve business processes that support LED programs and strategic goals.
